Shipping policy

The products will be delivered to Finland within 1-3 working days of the order to the nearest Posti ATM and to the rest of Europe within 3-7 working days via GLS and DHL. More detailed terms can be read below.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over 60€.

These delivery terms are valid from 15.5.2020. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices
The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check this. prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include taxes, which appear in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Shipping costs
Additional import duties may apply depending on your country. The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Ordering and contract
You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed, is, except as set forth below in respect of the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these Terms of Delivery.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.

If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Method of delivery
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order.

Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU are 1-7 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times will be announced in connection with the product options.

Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days and we will agree on how we can correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for errors.

Limitation of Liability
Happy Sinks operated by (eBrands Global Oy) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except as otherwise provided in a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law for such damage.

Disagreements
We will endeavor to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service in the first instance to arrange the matter.

If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
