Yes, if your sink is made of stainless steel. A new composite sink usually works too, but some older models may be too thick for our magnets. For our magnets, the sinks should be about 3 mm maximum. You can check the wall thickness of your sink with your sink supplier. Stone and porcelain sinks are not suitable because they are too thick.

Step 1. Remove the cloth holder and magnet from the box.
Step 2. Attach the magnet on the underside of your sink(arrow facing upwards and outwards). Remember to peel the adhesive sticker first.
Step 3. Place the holder inside the sink, aligning with the magnet.

We hate microplastics in our environment. GOTS certified cotton is a sustainable alternative to microfibre cloths.

Yes, our dishcloths can be washed at 60°C/140°F. They are also bleach safe.

We use Finnish biocomposite on HAPPY SiNKS products. Biocomposite has a smaller carbon footprint compared with common fossil-based plastics.Cellulose fibres on the biocomposite we use create a more natural uneven surface on the product making each product unique.

You can change the direction of the handle of the HAPPY SiNKS Dishcloth Holder so you can install it any way you like.The removable handle makes it also easy to clean the HAPPY SiNKS Dishcloth Holder.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The warranty covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects. It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.We offer an extended one year warranty on top of the legal warranty in your country. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
